Early Mama Workshop: Update on BLOOM

Three weeks left until the first Early Mama workshop: BLOOM.

We know that the holidays can be hectic and money might be tight, but you won't regret starting your new year with some guided introspection and self-improvement. We'll give you personalized attention, practical tools, and a rejuvenated attitude.

Here's a peek at the workshop layout to give you a better idea of what to expect:

Module 1: Planting the Seed

This week we'll focus on fear and the sneaky way it shows up and affects your life. We'll also tackle the ways we're limiting ourselves — from the physical to the spiritual. The goal for Module 1 is to call out what's holding you back.

Module 2: Shedding Your Old Skin

The second week will focus on two important elements to inner growth: judgment and forgiveness. This week we'll take a look at your relationships and discuss boundaries, letting go of the past, and how your inability to forgive may be holding you back. The goal for Module 2 is to help you move forward in life.

Module 3: Nourishing New Growth

This week we'll delve into the concepts of presence and inner evolution. We'll explore being kind to yourself and others as you continue to grow and change. Module 3 will ultimately help you understand the importance of gaining a conscious perspective.

Module 4: Feeding Your Soul

Module 4 is all about passion and purpose. We know you have big dreams and we'll help you flesh them out. This week we'll help you articulate exactly what you want out of life (it might not be something you immediately realize!) and come up with a concrete action plan. The goal of this week is to help you find clarity with your purpose and calling.

By the end of the four-week session, you'll be one step (or several steps) toward developing your personal identity as a young woman. As an individual! And as we mentioned before, we aren't handing out long assignments with daunting and unproductive worksheets. It's all about punchy, practical tips that cause lasting change.

Join us, won't you? We don't have too many spots open, but we'd love to get to know you better. Sign up here.
